"My story is one of hope and determination. After achieving the impossible by being cured of HIV, I embarked on a journey around the world, exploring different cultures and cuisines, and discovering the beauty of fusion food.

Through my  travels I created a menu that reflected my unique perspective on food, full of bold flavours and unexpected combinations.

My journey has taught me the value of perseverance, the importance of embracing diversity and the power of never giving up on your dreams."
